What should I buy for a one year old boy?

It is my friends son’s first birthday this weekend and I don’t know what I should buy him.. He has EVERYTHING that opens and shuts. He already has pool toys, indoor toys, clothes, bath toys, bikes etc etc (He is the first child!) So I need some help please!
